| Cancellation and Refunds Policy If you cancel your booking more than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday: We will offer you a full refund of any amounts paid, less a non-refundable administration fee of £35. We will try to re-let the property. If we are able to do so, we will offer a full refund, less a non-refundable administration fee of £35. If we are not able to re-let the property for the dates you had booked then you will not be entitled to a refund.
