We meet once a month on the first Tuesday at 19:30 in the TA Centre of 107 Fd Sqn RE(V), Harrowby Road, Birkenhead. Normally about 30 members attend. Any ex Sapper in the area is welcome to attend.
We recently attended the medal presentation for about 40 members of 107 Fd Sqn who had served in Iraq during Op Telic 1,2 & 3. This was held outside Birkenhead Town Hall and the medals were presented by Major General the Duke of Westminster. The parade was a proud moment for the Lads and Girls who had served out there and was only marred slightly when the heavens opened at the end of the parade.
