BUNCTON MANOR COTTAGE Self catering studio, a place to relax and unwind in the quiet of the countryside

The Studio	This compact, cosy accommodation consists of a double bedded studio with en-suite shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and beamed lounge area with a widescreen colour television with Freeview, a DVD/CD player, radio and Internet WiFi. There are lovely views over the moat to the open fields beyond. The studio is entirely self-contained with its own entrance and garden and is detached from the farmhouse. Everything is all on one level and suitable for those with restricted mobility.
Facilities	The kitchen area is equipped with a 4 ring electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and a full size oven . Wiston Stores and Tea Rooms stock basic provisions and is within walking distance. There is a good Co-op store in Ashington (2 miles) There are many pubs, restaurants and take-aways locally. All electricity, heating, linen, duvets and towels are included in the price.	Fully equipped kitchen
The Garden	The studio has a sheltered west facing private garden leading down to the moat with garden table, chairs and barbeque provided. The garden catches the morning, afternoon and evening sun but there is also shade from the trees.
The "Wildlife"	There are ducks on and fish (carp and rudd) in the moat at the end of the garden. Numerous birds (nuthatches, woodpeckers, moorhens etc. and occasionally a kingfisher) visit the garden because of the water.	Double bed
Parking	There is ample off road car parking just outside the cottage.
No Smoking	The studio is strictly No Smoking and also no pets (too much wildlife)
Rates	Weekly rates are from £200 to £355 per week. (Friday to Friday) We require a deposit of £100.00 to reserve the cottage with the balance due four weeks before arrival. (Sorry, we do not take credit cards) Check in time after 15.00 hrs Friday. Check out time before 10.00 hrs Friday. Cancellations: Please note, once booked, we reserve the right to charge the deposit if we are unable to re-sell the reservation. For cancellations within 4 weeks of the booked arrival date we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booking if we are unable to re-sell the booking. Available weeks: - 27th January - 10th Feb; £221.00 per week (Special Offer up to 10th Feb: Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night £70 per night) 10th - 17th February; £249.00 per week 17th February - 30th March: £221.00 per week 30th March - 13th April: £297.00 per week. 13th - 20th April: £297.00 per week 22nd - 29th June £249.00 per week. 29th June - 6th July: £302.00 per week 6th - 20th July: £357.00 per week. 28th September - 19th October: £221.00 per week	View from the door

The cottage is close to the South Downs Way and Chanctonbury Ring. There are many other footpaths in the area including one that runs from the farm to the 12th Century Buncton Chapel and on to the Wiston Tea Rooms and Garden. There is an hourly bus service ( Compass Bus No.100 ) that runs to and from Pulborough Station, Storrington and Washington past the farm entrance and on to Steyning, Bramber and Henfield. (Not Sunday or Bank Holidays)
