All correspondence regarding financial matters should be addressed to Hon

Any members requiring payment for items or services purchased on behalf of
the club should send their receipts or invoices together with a covering
memo as soon as possible to Hon Treasurer so that reimbursement can be made.
Please hand these to him personally. Club Approval must be obtained before
making purchases. |

All membership & storage monies owed to the club will normally be received by the Membership
Secretary, short term pontoon berthing money will be received by Sidonie Ball, Social Events payments by Angela Stock, all other monies
will be received by Hon Treasurer.
