Tour Leader - Training and Development Opportunities
DO YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR TOURING, WINTER OR FIRST AID SKILLS???? Following a workshop day in October for club members interested in leading, or assisting to lead club tours, it was agreed to schedule a number a training and skills events during the next two seasons. These are likely to cover both informal skills development as well as working towards qualifications for those interested. Subject areas will include winter skills, navigation, skiing techniques and first aid. The club is open to organising training and support for other nordic-skiing related skills, where there is sufficient interest and demand.
