Our purpose fitted production facility underwent a £500k renovation in 1999 to ensure that we are able to meet the exacting demands of our customers. |

| This renovation included the installation of a 2000Kg capacity gantry crane and a ring main for flexible water and power distribution. Our capacity includes 17 moulding machines ranging in size from 22T to 500T. Through our long-term relationships with material suppliers we are able to offer the facility to source materials to meet almost any requirement. Our current range of products being moulded includes basic plumbing fittings, gardening products, automotive accessories, industrial flooring tiles, industrial cable spools and many others. We have full ISO 9002 certification and are able to meet customer specific inspection and quality standards. We can also offer full batch traceability and QC procedures to national and international standards where required. In addition to our core moulding business, we have our own 100m2 fully equipped tool manufacture and repair facility. This facility includes CNC machinery and is used for both the manufacture of new tooling and the maintenance of existing tools. |

We have strong contacts with design engineers, both for Tooling and Product/Detail design giving us the ability to take your ideas from concept to full production. With our sister company 5 Star Packaging located on the same site, we are also able to offer a full assembly and packaging capability giving full ‘turnkey’ solutions to meet your exact production requirements. | ||
