5 Star Packaging was established in 1990 and operates as a specialist assembly and packaging company. Located on site with Burrwill Moulds we have over 6000 square feet of production area.

We have full ISO 9002 certification and are able to meet customer specific inspection and quality standards. We can also offer full batch traceability and QC procedures to national and international standards where required.

Our production team are highly skilled and capable of all forms of assembly from basic 'box stuffing' up to mechanised assembly with specialist jigs and fixtures. We also have the ability to run multi-stage assembly lines.

Our facility has compressed air and 3phase electrics available, we are happy to provide quotations for all jobs, no matter what the size as we are capable of scaling our production up as required to meet your demand.
