Tool Making

 

New Tooling

Burrwill Moulds operates a fully equipped toolroom located at a dedicated site. On this large site we have a full range of machines ranging from the basic to CNC controlled. Operated by our team of toolmakers, we specialise in the manufacture of high quality tools from Aluminium alloy as well as the more traditional steel tooling.
Our team are also highly proficient in the manufacture of tools for the pressure die cast industry, through our links with tooling and product designers, we can turn your concept into a full production item.
 

Maintenance

As we operate our own toolroom, we have are able to provide in-house maintenance and repair of all of our tools without the need to resort to sub-contract tool rooms. This means that we are always able to ensure maximum availability of tools and reduced turnaround time on any modifications.
