Meal Times

During the morning a snack comprising of either hot toast, cereal or crumpets is provided. This is given at 9:30am.

At 3pm the children are offered a fruit salad, brown toast, raisins, bread sticks and cheese. During the winter months soup and a roll will also be offered. The nursery offer these snacks free of charge.

A cooked midday meal is provided, which includes a main course and pudding and is made daily with fresh produce. There is a daily charge for this meal.

Our aim is to offer the children a nutritious and balanced diet at all times. A weekly menu is placed on the parents notice board every Monday morning.

Parents must inform the nursery of any special requirements the children may have.

The children’s teeth are cleaned twice a day, after their lunch and their afternoon snack.
