Wednesday 9th June........I checked the weather forecast the night before and it predicted grey skies, sunshine and cloud and finally heavy rain showers for 4pm. Well I am glad to say the rain didn't materialize and most of the day was beautiful sunshine, which everyone greatly appreciated. Throughout the day I alternated demonstrations between several different crafts. These included bowl turning, trug making, spoon carving, gypsy flower carving, charcoal burning and making bindings - in which a proportion of the pupils participated in. Here is a link to a short video on the day!
