Warbler, Blackcap, Chiff-chaff, Willow Warbler and Redpoll. Passage: occasional raptor,
such as Buzzard; plus passerines, including the occasional Redstart,
Wood Warbler, Pied Flycatcher and Firecrest. Winter:
Winter finches, such as Brambling and occasionally Crossbills. Rarities: the site
does not have any notable rarity records, though a Great Grey Shrike was
found one winter some years ago. |

Egret, Fieldfare, Redwing, Redpoll and other finches. Rarities: the site

present in recent winters. |

Common Terns on raft, and Sedge and Reed Warblers, Blackcap, and

odd rare Grebe has been recorded; a few waders, including a Purple
Sandpiper once; plus passerines, such as Tree Pipit, wheater or Whinchat. Winter:
the odd are Grebe has been recorded; Goosander, Ruddy Duck; and Chiff-chaff.
Rarities: the site
does not have any notable rarity records, though a Purple Sandpiper
was a good site record. |
