Species: All year: Common waterbirds and Tree Sparrow. Summer: Sedge and Reed Warbler, Whitethroat, Blackcap, Chiff-chaff and Willow Warbler. Passage: common waders such as Ringed Plover, Redshank, Greenshank, Green and Common Sandpipers; Spotted Flycatcher, and Brambling. Winter: increase in wildfowl; Water Rail; occasional Jack Snipe; Chiff-chaff. |

dis-used man made reservoir set in a heavy urban area.
NO public access at the present time. |
Species: All year: Ruddy Duck. Summer: most common waterbirds can be found. Passage: Red-crested Pochard (autumn), Blackcap, Willow warbler and Chiff-chaff. Winter: increase in wildfowl, especially Gadwall, with the odd Red-crested Pochard still present. |
