Species: Summer: Meadow Pipit, Lesser Whitethroat, Whitethroat, Blackcap, Chiff-chaff and Willow Warbler Passage: the occasional raptor, such as Marsh Harrier, Hobby; plus passerines, including Wheater, Whinchat, the occasional Redstart or Ring Ouzel; Sedge and GardenWarbler, and Pied Flycatcher. Winter: Gulls, occasional Mediterranean Gull, Stonechat; Thrushes and Finches. A Redtstart overwintered 2003//4. Rarities: have included Wryneck, Richard's Pipit and Ortolan Bunting. |
