Match Report - 8 September 2007- Chilwell Vipers 3 Calverton 11
The U17's carried on where they left off last season. With only 11 fit players some on hols, some working they agin displayed their tremendous team ethnics to win 11-3. At times the football was breathtaking and a pleasure to watch. Although the referee left a lot to be desired Calverton showed a remendous maturity and let their football do the talking, the referee awarded two outrageous penalties but Calverton kept their heads superbly.
