goalkeeping drill one goalkeeper is in goal (inbetween the agility poles 6 yards apart) 4 players at each agility pole (10 yards from the goal on each side) player 2 will shoot first, keeper will try to save the shot the keeper then gets up turns and awaits the shot from player 4 and so on ensure quality of shots from other keepers ensure quality of saves from goalkeeper i.e. catches, diving saves, parries away from danger area plenty of footballs 4 agility poles each goalkeeper has 1 minute in goal then goes into the shooting queue each goalkeeper has 3 goes each ensure plenty of fluid open to all ages |
