Sponsorship

Become One of Our Sponsors

Calverton Miners' Welfare are currently promoting three areas of sponsorship which can benefit local businesses and companies wishing to promote their services to the wider community and at the same time help the Football Club and the large group of children involved in the Club.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: -

Calverton MW Football Club was established in 1988 and by 1997 had just 4 teams, in recent years this has grown to 18 teams, catering for the sports development of 400 children, boys and girls from the age of 6 to 17 years and senior teams.

In 2002 we earned the prestigious FA Charter Standard Community Club accreditation and as part of our commitment to improving facilities the club has almost completed the first stage of its redevelopment programme.

The upgraded facilities include new pitches, floodlighting and additional changing rooms.

In 2005 we were awarded the FA National Charter Standard Community Club of the Year and we are committed to ensuring that Calverton Miners Welfare F.C establishes itself as one of the premier clubs in the county.

Through its training programme for all coaches and managers, we are firmly establishing our links within community in providing sports opportunities for local schools and disabled sportsman.

With the new facilities we will attract more talented local children into sporting opportunities now developing at the club.

The running of each team extends to the purchase of kit, training tops and equipment including balls, goal nets, first aid etc and the cost cannot be covered by the players, parents and coaches alone.

Therefore we are contacting local businesses to ask for your consideration in advertising or providing sponsorship within a number of new initiatives, large and small, which will assist us in reaching our objectives.

In return for your support you will receive weekly advertising exposure as teams travel all over the county.

Individual team success will bring benefits of additional free media exposure and perhaps you will be supporting the development of a future star. Importantly all money generated goes directly for the benefit of the children.

All sponsors links will be placed on this web site if requested.

If you feel your company would like to be involved or would like to discuss sponsorship ideas please contact David Lee at the club.

Please see the page links to the right for the different categories of sponsorship i.e. programme advertising, shirt advertising or pitch side boards.
