There is an alternative method of posting images in the photography forum
You can use either:


(a) Your own webspace
(b) An online image host .. e.g. photobucket, flickr etc etc.


To use your own webspace simply prepare your image and upload it in the usual way.

If you are not familiar with using your webspace post a message in the forum for assistance

Go to the webpage and right click on the image you wish to show.
Select 'Properties' from the menu and copy the url ... shown below
(to copy...highlight the line, hold down the ctrl key and press the C key)





Paste the url you have just copied into the forum message box
(to paste ... hold down ctrl key and press V key)
The url must be wrapped inside the IMG tags so ... [img]...url here ... [/img]
Submit the post in the usual way and that's it ....job done.


If using Photobucket for hosting your photographs you just need to copy the link from Photobucket
and paste it directly into the message box of the forum. After up loading to Photobucket your
photographs will first be visible to you in thumbnail form with the links underneath. You need
to copy the bottom link (IMG Code).....see illustration below.
