hatever your needs, Care 2 Care provides professional support for people with learning difficulties, mental health problems or any individual who requires assistance with everyday living skills.
We provide support, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, including sleepovers and emergency on call, to all sectors of the community.
If you are a Independent Supported Unit, Residential Care Home, Hospital or living in your own Home our staff team will provide ongoing assistance.
We also have the provision of an Outreach Department which instigates and implements Care Plans, IPP's and PCP's along with carrying out full resettlement assessments.
