CareShare is committed to providing an effective and appropriate service to its users. To that end, the involvement of users or potential users is considered crucial in developing and operating the service and Carers are represented on the Management Committee. All users of the service have regular reviews with the Care Co-ordinator and there is a Complaints Procedure in place.

The service is annually evaluated by a postal evaluation to which clients, care staff and those professionals who have referred to CareShare can respond anonymously if they wish.

CareShare is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which ensures that we comply with the National Care Standards as set out in the Care Act 2000. CareShare has undergone inspections by CQC  and the most recent inspection in November 2006 marked CareShare as “excellent”

CareShare is fully covered by the appropriate insurance.
