Casa Tranquillo - Montefegatesi
The Cottage
Casa Tranquillo is situated on the south facing side of Montefegatesi. The cottage has recently been sympathetically restored with terracotta tiles throughout, original chestnut beams, steep stairs and a wood-burning stove in the stone fireplace. Visitors enter into an open plan living room and kitchen. The bathroom is situated downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - all rooms have stunning views.
Outside there is a stone patio looking out onto spectacular views over the surrounding hilltop villages, valley and Apuan Alps. Keep a lookout for the pair of buzzards who fly on the thermals! There is also a barn where the logs are stored and a good size garden.
