Welcome to Dynamic Exchange! I started this exchange because I was fed up with applying for exchanges and button rotations and either not having my site added and not being told why, or having my site added but the rotation closed down or had too many broken links...

If you want to join an exchange that doesn't discriminate for any reason you are in the right place. You will be added and the exchange will be checked regularly for broken links, feel free to submit your site but first check the rules below...

Rules Your site must not be homophobic, anti gay, anti straight, racist, pornographic or hate related... Please regularly check your site for broken links, if you button is broken, you will be removed and I will email you to inform you so you can do something about it and re-submit, your button must be direct linkable also...

Sites which may apply are as follows... all sites! Thats right, whether your site is a collective, a fanlisting, a fansite, a clique, a webring, an awards site, a review site, a rotation...just apply! My only requirement is that you submit a button which is 88x31, it must be direct linkable also, if your button is bigger than 88x31 I will resize it to these specifications...
