Champ de la Croix
Stone Circle
Crucuny, Carnac North, Morbihan

From Mané Kerioned head NE on the D768 and take the next right after a couple of km to the village of Crucuny. Where the road bends sharply to the left park on the verge and walk back to the bend. The small lane that goes to the left here runs along the edge of the last house and along this wall is the remaining arc of the stone circle.

Only the western arc survives and 30 stones remain in what would have been a very large circle or horseshoe form. The arc follows the lane for about 45m and stones fill the gaps to make up the garden wall.

About 80m to the east in the next garden is what appears to be a fallen menhir that is marked on the map to the side of a new house. There was a JCB beside it so it might be getting re-erected.
