Les Demoiselles
Standing Stones
St Just, Ille-et-Vilaine

After a short walk you will come to these very impressive stones. Here there are two large quartz standing stones reaching 3m (10ft) with a third of similar size fallen nearby. They are aligned east to west and positioned on a rise.

They are also known by the not so romantic name of Les Roches Piquées – the “worm eaten stones”. The texture of the stones is very attractive. From here you can see the stones of Chateau Bû 400m away.
