Take the track heading NW from the Hurlers, ignore the first left turn towards a mineworking and carry on to a junction. Take the left fork here and head to the top of a low hill where there is a grassy cairn on the left of the track. The circle is about 250m SW from here.
There are about 15 or more fallen stones laying around about a 35 metre diameter circle. The stones have been deliberately uprooted and some split, some are about 2m in length. The circle was discovered in 1923 and scheduled as an ancient monument in 1958. Only the stump of one stone remains upright from an original 27. It can be hard to find as it is overgrown.
There are also patchy remains of a stone row on this moor made up of very low lying stones sunk in the peat stretching for 250 metres from SX 239 721.
