Leaze
Stone Circles
SX137 773

From the crossroads for the Trippet Stones carry on towards St Breward on the narrow lanes over the moor. Ignore the next left turn but take the next right signed St Breward. Go over the crossroads and at the town turn right signed to Candra. Take a right also signed and drive to the end of the lane passing the houses to a small parking space. Walk uphill and when you come over the crest King Arthur's Hall is ahead in a fenced in enclosure and the Leaze circles beyond.

Carry on from King Arthur's Hall for about ¼ mile to the SW to come to the remains of a pair of circles.

These circles are badly damaged but the more intact circle is on private land making it inaccessible. The two circles are only within 3 metres of each other.

The NW circle

The NW one has a diameter of 32 metres and comprises just two uprights, two fallen and four stumps. The other circle is a similar size but only has one upright, three fallen and two stumps.
