Wendron This site can be found on the way to Land’s End from Bodmin. Take the A393 Falmouth road from Redruth, then turn right on the B3297. Just after Four Danes the road forks, keep left on the B3297 and after two lanes on the left look for a small parking space on the right opposite a house. A stone stile by a gate leads into a field and is marked on the map as a footpath. There are two circles here but we could only find traces of one. This was the southeast circle that can be seen by looking over the wall into the next field a short way in from the road. Only four stones in an arc are visible and two more are reported to be built into the wall. It would have been about 16 metres diameter with possibly 14 or so stones. The remaining stones seem just under 1 metre high.

The NW circle is reported to have been destroyed with only two stones built into a wall remaining. We did see a pile of large stones in the corner of a field nearby.
This stone circle is also known as Nine Maidens.
