From the A68 take the B6318 at the roundabout and then take the second left signed to Matfen. After about 3 miles take the right turn and the stone will be seen beside the road on the right.
Cupmarks visible near the base on the right
This stone is about 2.4m high and has many cupmarks close to its base on three sides of it. It is an impressive stone and has natural grooves. One side has about 30 cupmarks, another has 23 and the other has five cups and an arc.
