Continue on the road for about 2½ miles to the junction with the B6054 and B6055. Turn right towards Owler Bar then right on the A621. You can take a right turn along a narrow track after about ½ mile to the reservoir to see Barbrook 3 (park at the building and it is a couple of hundred metres east of the water) or for a better walk to all three circles continue on the A621 for about 2 miles and park in a small layby on the right where there are some trees and a gate.

Cross the stile and follow the path NW for about ¼ mile and the circle is easily found on the right. There are 12 quite small stones in this small circle with one being about 1 metre high. A short distance to the NE is a cairn – this is not Barbrook 2.
