Bryn
Cader Faner Bryn Cader Faner is well worth the 2.5 mile walk and is said to be "one of the minor wonders of prehistoric Wales". It is surprising that not one footpath sign points this way and the path is hardly trodden. It is clearly visible as you approach and is quite unusual in form. The low, kerbed cairn is about 28 feet (8.5m) across with 18 tall stones leaning outwards, there may have been thirty originally. Many have fallen and the cairn was looted in the past.
