Part of the Parish of Letherhead  Comprising all the Houses and Cottages both sides of Church Street  and Church Lane -- Skiltons Villas  Inkerman Terrace  all the Houses and: on the Highland Road and Highland Farm the Houses and Cottages on the Road leading to and including Cherkley Mansion and the Cottages on the Downs  Norbury Lodge^  Elm Bank Thorncroft -- House and Farm  Bockett Farm and The Priory ^ Grove Farm  Vale Lodge and Farm --

 Bounded on the South by Mickleham - on the West by Fetcham -  abutting on the North to part of  Letherhead Parish,  Enumeration District No 2 & bounded on the East by Ashtead & Headley.

Part of the Parish of Letherhead  Comprising all the Houses and Cottages both sides of Bridge Lane  and Bridge Street   all the Houses and Cottages both sides of High Street and High Road to and including the Toll Gate  the Houses and Cottages both sides of China Alley   Mount Zion Chapel, the Ladies School  Miss Nests  and the Houses in Church Road  All the Houses & Cottages in Kingshead Alleys, The Hairfield & Gravel Hill.

Bounded on the East by Ashtead  - on the West by Fetcham, abutting on the South to part of Leatherhead Parish Enumeration District No 1, and abutting on the North to part of Leatherhead Parish Enumeration District No 3.

Part of the Parish of Leatherhead  Comprising all the Houses and Cottages both sides of Norh Street,  Kingston House,  Belmont Lodge,  all the Houses and Cottages both sides of the Kingston Road,  including all the Houses and Cottages on theCommon,  Barnet Wood Lane, and Farm,  Walters Farm,  New pond House,  Oak Lawn,  Rowhurst Farm,  Winters Cottage,  the Cottages on Patsam Green,  and in the Patsam Road,  Randalls Park,  and the Cottages in Randalls Lane,  and the two Railway Stations.

Bounded on the North by Stoke Dabernon,  on the West by Fetcham,  abutting on the South to the Enumeration District No 2 being part of Leatherhead Parish, & bounded on the East by Ashtead & Malden.

The whole of the Parish of Fetcham.   Including Bridge House, The Grove, Sun Head, Rising Sun Inn, Elmer, Moor Cottages on Cobham Road, By the Mill pond to Mill, across fields to Cannon Court, Thence by  occupation Rd into Cobham Road continue on that Road to the Alms House, Then deviate to River Lane, return into Cobham Road, taking in all Cottages together with Minks Green & Barracks Farm nearly to Mark Oak Gate,  return from there to Cottages in Cimmer Buckfield & Kennel Cottages, then into Main Road to Lodge,  By side of Park to Roaring House Farm, Return through the Park take in Cottages & Mansion, Rectory  & Cottages both sides of the Street and back Green as far as Pound deviating a little to take Fetcham Cottage & Bell Inn.

Bounded on the East by Leatherhead,  on the North by Stoke D'Abernon,  on the West by Great Bookham,  and on the South by Mickleham.

The whole of the Parish of Stoke D'Abernon.   Including Jessops Wells, all the Houses and Cottages both sides of Oxshot Street,  Littleheath Farm and Cottages, the Cottage s in GreenLane, and the Hundred Acres,  all the Houses and Cottages both sides of the Cobham Road, The Rectory, and the Houses and Cottages on the Woodlands Estate.

Bounded on the North by Cobham, on the West by Cobham, on the South by Gt Bookham, Fetcham, & Leatherhead, and on the East by Malden & Esher.
