Increasing rates of Althesin infusion. Three successively increasing rates of infusion of Althesin are accompanied by reductions of amplitude and broadening of the amplitude trace. There is little change in the frequency distribution. The broad amplitude distribution corresponds to the EEG entering a burst suppression state as shown in the EEG sample which follows.
