Babies of all of these species must be kept a Tortoise Table set-ups for the first few years of their lives. A tortoise table is basically a .

I am looking for Pancake tortoises, Egyptian tortoises, Radiated tortoises - and maybe other species (subject to paperwork). - if you have any or know where I might find some (remembering I only buy fully legal tortoises) then please contact me at :

Tortoises@CheloniaUK.com

Some of these tortoises are what you would consider to be Normal tortoises, they can be hibernated, live in your garden during the summer and were imported by their millions in the 60's and 70's.

Some however are not, they are Tropical tortoises which do not hibernate must always have a temperature controlled environment available, and will only go in the garden when they think the conditions are right.

When Buying tortoises it is important that they are Legal, preferably captive bred and care must be taken that they are not stolen.

It is also illegal to purchase certain species without legal paperwork, which in the case of adult tortoises means they will be micro chipped - CHECK THE MICROCHIP against the PAPERWORK - your vet will have a scanner!
