HI just a quick one, 2 of us with 2 rods each,  fishing in front of the bird sanctuary, about half way along it, on Sat from 13:00 till 22:30 Baits were Mackerel Squid lug & rag, rigs double runners and pulley pennels, on small hooks lots of Pout and on the pulley rigs too many dogs to remember, but all giving quite a good fight, 2x 1lb pollack and around 20:30 on whole squid landed a nice 4lb cod. Left as the wind changed to gale force northerly which was OK on the beach but not a nice walk back to the car park, and very wet down there as well, good day for the beach buddy.

Went on Wed.15th, couldn`t get right on the mark because of the number of other anglers there. Fished from high tide at 7.30pm through to nearly low water. I was hoping for one of those elusive triggers but had to make do with a lone dog again and a few pouting on squid and rag.
