Moonfleet

I fished Moonfleet Sat night.8 spieces caught, Poor-cod,Pout,Dogs,Bullhuss a Smoothie, Bass,Cod & a big Squid.
Fished from dark till 1:30am.Squid and Bass & Huss caught on my live bait rig. Cod (5.5lbs) on pen-pull rig loaded with Black-Lug tipped with Squid. As the wind got stronger so did the bites, tight lines till next time.

Fished Sat night, dead calm not the conditions for Cod.
Anyway we had Dogs,Gurnard,Bream, Bull-huss & a nice Whiting.  Looks like the word got out about the Fleet fishing well ,as about 15 other anglers turned up.

Fished Moonfleet on Sat, not a bad night.  My mate had a 3.5lb Cod first cast then the Dogs started to hit.I had a small Smoothie and Huss and later a 6.5lb Cod, mind you I did have five black-lug bound on.All the Codling so far off Moonfleet have come from about 50-80 yards out.
