MY LAST TRIP

Fished 3 counties match at Bossington on the Bristol channel.Well the less said the better.The wind was bad when the comp started and got worse.The match ended 2 and a half hours early.Winner was Kev Vinnel with a Dog,Pout and Rockling,2nd going to Jeff White with 1 Dog and 3rd for Mike Clutterbuck with 1 Pout of 12oz!!!Congraulations to Simon Critchel who finished 4th with a Pout.Mark and i blanked.

Fished 2 Bristol channel marks,Portshead and Layde bay.A day full off hoped turned into a day from hell.The biggest fish was a Codling of just under 2LB for Mark from WAC,with a further 2 tiddlers for yours truly and Simon Chritchel.Chq book and pen goes to Kev.Best bait on the day was Squid and Rag.

Fished 3 counties match as a Chesil rover.Decided to fish in the Cove with Mark.Mark got the Chq book and pen and i caught Pout,Dog and Rockling.Other species weighed in were Codling and Pollack.
