Check.  It is recommended that players check their results by clicking on their name in the left-hand column. Please report any errors or omissions because all games will be ECF graded.

 The Players column  can be sorted by  Leaders  or alphabetical  A - Z  which makes it easier to locate a name.

 Games included:  All longplay games between members, full or associate, of CCF. Competitions include:- Individual Long Play Championships; Long Play Super League; World Cup; FIDE Super League and designated Dicky White games.

 The Leaders   are shown with the average number of points earned. These calculations are made only for players who have played at least six games and the qualifiers must have played the average, or more, of all games played in the competition.

Calculations   For your convenience there are included some simple calculators that will enable you to check the points you have earned for each game. For those of you who would like to build your own spreadsheet of your game results the formulae are given for each calculator.

Dicky White points  Where a=your grade and b=opponent grade:

ECF Grade points  Where a=your grade and b=opponent grade:

 Daily Chess Tatics   These tactical problems are changed daily. Try them - they are not really as difficult as they look. Study them carefully before making your move. If you are wrong you will see the message Wrong answer! Try again. Some of the solutions require more than one move. Try not to use the Hint button.
