"Condition Black" (1991)
On the eve of the Gulf War the Iraqis dispatch an operative to England. His job is to attempt to purchase the skills of an employee in the British nuclear industry in order to advance the Iraqui weapons program. Meanwhile an FBI agent is on his tail.
Not one of my favorites for some reason. I'll progably enjoy it more after I read it again.
