Who is Nancy Bell?

I'm sorry to say that I really can't tell you much about this actress. Fact: I know that she's cute. (So cute she's on my list of cuteness.)

I also know that she is an American actress who has guest starred in some American TV shows. I know that she has done some theater work.

Law & Order	1994	Unknown. I assume she wasn't the murder victim as they usually don't have many lines.

She appeared in two independent films, Heavy Blow and The Same Old Story.
