Nostradamus (1994)

I finally got to see this movie about the guy who made the famous predictions when I bought the video in a sale for just £5.99, and to be honest that's about all it's worth.

Well, it's not a happy ending for our Jules.  She tries to kill herself, then later on catches the plague and dies.  In between she has a naked French Guy^tm on top of her.  Maybe she needed the money?  She's also only in the first half of the movie.  By the mid point it's a Julia free zone.

But it just might be worth watching for a laugh as the whole thing is a bit loopy, right down to the big Star Destroyer flying over Earth at the end.  No, I'm not making this up!

Rutger Hauer is in it for five minutes.  You know, he was the android guy from Blade Runner.  Also the bad French Guy from Bad Boys is in it as Nostradamus himself.  He was also Defence Minister Mishkin in the excellent Bond flick GoldenEye.
