Big thanks to Debz for emailing me about her sightings of Lucy at the Expo in London last week.
The pic of Lucy waving is adorable and she was just so cool! I peeped around the corner with my camera and she spotted me trying to line up a shot. She smiled sweetly and gave me that lovely little wave. I took my picture, gave her a cheeky grin and a nod of thanks then ducked back out of sight.
You can read Debz' detailed blog of the event on Livejournal at dodochicky.livejournal.com/.

A couple of things to note in the new SFX magazine. There's a group shot of some of the cast members for series 3 of Primeval. Lucy wasn't in the photo so it seemed a bit pointless scanning it for this page! It appears that we can expect 10 episodes in the new series.
Later in the mag there's an advert for series 2 of the Primeval action figures that are supposed to be in the shops now. This set of figures includes the Jenny character so I expect I'll buy that one if and when I see it.
14 August 2008
Thanks to "aersign" for letting me know that there is a video of Lucy Brown reading from "July's People" at www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jc1oCllK6e8.

Lucy's episode of Harley Street will be broadcast on Thursday 31 July on ITV1. A description of her episode has turned up so here's the bit about her character:
Meanwhile, Ekkow (Shaun Parkes) is pleased when an old university friend Tom (Adam Astill), who he hasn't seen in years, arrives at the clinic for a medical appointment. Tom was always a womaniser so Ekkow is surprised to see that he's getting married to Maya (Lucy Brown). His fiancée is Jewish so Tom is converting to Judaism and would like Ekkow to arrange for him to be circumcised. When Ekkow meets Maya its clear she isn't quite the happy bride-to-be and has concerns about Tom's new found commitment to Judaism. Although she was pleased that Tom has embraced her religion, she feels he's going too far. Will Maya tell him how she feels? Will he go ahead with the operation?

Thanks to Dianne for getting in touch with this Lucy news. First of all Lucy's guest appearance in ITV's new drama Harley Street will be in Episode 3 when she will be playing a character called Maya. ITV have a Harley Street website at www.itv.com, however no Lucy content there so far. I believe the series starts in July and lasts six episodes.
Dianne also send in links to a site with news about another Lucy project. Peter Warlock - Some Little Joy is a film about a songwriter from the 1920s and it appears to have been filmed in 2005. Find out more at gilesdavies.moonfruit.com/#/peterwarlock/4516421753 and there's some video footage at gilesdavies.moonfruit.com/#/video/4523077554.

There's an interview with Lucy Brown in the new issue of Starburst magazine, issue 360. Most of the photos seem to be of the other cast members or of season 1 Lucy. There is a full-page shot of "Jenny" so I'll get around to scanning that in.
20 February 2008
Lottie sent me the link to her new unofficial Primeval page. You can find it at www.freewebs.com/unofficialprimeval.
The last episode of series 2 airs on Saturday. I've really enjoyed this series. It's been consistantly good. It did get a bit silly with episode 4 (the big fish men) but I will be looking forward to whatever cliffhangers are in store!
7 February 2008
Thanks to Dianne for letting me know that there is a quarter-page article listing Lucy's favourite TV programmes in this week's TV Times. Dianne also tells me that there is a new Lucy interview video at www.digitalspy.co.uk.

Lucy was on ITV's Loose Women on Tuesday 29 January. Sorry for the delay telling y'all! I've been very busy with work this week. Thanks to Belinda for the email and George's post on the message board. If anyone can locate a clip online that would be nice.
George also reports that Lucy and Hannah were in last Sunday's News of the World 'Sunday' Magazine. Can anyone can supply scans?
Are the Primeval toys in the shops yet? If anyone gets the Claudia figure why not send in a review?

The first episode of series 2 of Primeval aired last Saturday night and I'm pleased to report it was an enjoyable little adventure. I think the show has really found it's feet.
You can see photos of the Primeval action figures over on Dianne's site www.douglashenshall.com. There is indeed a little figure of Lucy/Claudia.
Primeval has the cover and a large article and a poster in the new issue of SFX.
Update...
Dianne sent me this link to an article with some Lucy comments: www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk.
Tonight's episode was another good one. This season is shaping up very nicely.
By the way, the new toys are listed in the new catalog from Argos.
