This is not intended to be a definitive list of the major multi-author Stargate SG-1 Fanfic Archives out there on the net. There maybe - and probably are - more out there, but I either don't visit them or haven't heard of them, so they're not on the list. These are merely archives where I've found stories I've enjoyed reading, so I've posted the links in the hope that others can a) find new fic to enjoy as well, or b) find somewhere to post their own fic. Archives are Gen (including Ship) and have E - M content levels, unless otherwise specified. Thank you.

These archives include and accept pretty much any type of fic from filks and drabbles to novel-length stories. As for genre types (Gen/Ship/Slash), some accept all, some don't. They are all labeled with their Ratings and Genres so make sure you read the info about the site before clicking on the link!
Heliopolis
Helio is probably the largest Stargate SG-1 Fanfiction Archive on the net at the moment. There are over 9000 stories in the archive, so whatever your fic preferences you're bound to find something here that you'll like!

Gateworld Fanfic
Gateworld's fanfiction archive has been up and running for a year or so now and already holds hundreds of different stories, to suit almost anyone's taste.

Fanfiction.net
There are currently around 1200 Stargate SG-1 stories on fanfiction.net. The format of the site can take a little getting used to, but there are some real gems to be found here, although you may have to do a little digging! A word of caution: much of the work posted here are WIPs...and feedback - whilst in no way obligatory - is often requested and in some cases expected, before the story is continued. If this bugs you (like it does me), consider yourself forewarned!

Whilst you're there, why not hop on over to their partner site, fictionpress.net? The two site's used to be one, but had to split after the fanfiction section began to grow. Fictionpress.net hosts original fiction only and is a great resource for aspiring authors.
Stargate Novel Archive
Exactly like the title suggests, there are no short stories to be found here! None of the stories here are under 150K (text-file format), so if you're looking for a good long fic to keep yourself occupied, this is definitely the place to go. An update was recently completed towards the end of March so there's a whole batch of new fic on there as well. As a bonus, due of the nature of the fic that the site hosts, you're pretty much guaranteed that all the stories will be of a good standard. Since it's a little hard to write 150K's worth of story, without improving your writing to some degree...I know, I've tried!

Another site with a huge range of fics to choose from. Mainly team/friendship orientated.

The Alpha Gate
They do a very good job of pretending season six never existed, but that aside, there can be some good fic found here. It's mainly gen and slash so please be aware of that, but they also archive some ship or rather 'het' fic as well. Official

All Jack, all the time. Need I say more? Winner of the Best Website Award, in the 2004 Stargate SG-1 Fan Awards. Which considering the amount and effort that's put into the site by the jackfic team is no less they deserve. Well done!

The first, best and largest collection of Sam and Jack fic anywhere on the internet! Hundreds of stories with S/J plotlines, everything from action/adventure with a hint of UST, right the way through to 'and they all lived happily ever after' RST fics. Ever find you get fed up with fluff and want something a little...nasty? A bit vicious? A tad twisted? If so, visit the Darkfic site. They have only one rule - leave canon to the writers of the show. It's fic with a darker edge and definitely not for the easily disturbed or offended.
