Late on a sultry afternoon. At anchor up the Rejang River in Borneo, waiting for the timber boats to arrive. A black cloud appears out of the jungle and moves across the water to the ship. It settles on one of the derricks, and turns into a swarm of huge, ugly looking bees, or something of that ilk. What should we do? After due consideration we conclude that the optimum plan is to stay well clear of them and hope that they go away. Next morning, early, they do just that, thank goodness.
