I’d never have thought of doing a Xantia up I’d never even seen one, that or hadn’t taken notice coz they were plain and didn’t stand out. But when my XR2 with an XR3i engine conversion got boring coz every boy-racer on the road didn’t have a hope off the lights I spotted the Xantia and it’s classic looks and decided to take on the challenge, well they were classic until I got my hands on them!

Then my girlfriend passed her driving test and was given a 1.8 diesel pug 205, sad to say it was in a bit of a state and she was embarrassed to drive it until we made it a Gti lookalike, we lowered it, added a bodykit and some half-decent rims and now she’s proud to scare any bloke into backing off at the lights - if only they knew!!! Now my sister has bought a new car so I have inherited an AX GT to play with, this is an upcoming project and i’ll keep you updated. If anyone has any neat ideas please e-mail me.
