A simple scheme designed to give help and reassurance to anyone who may need to give notification of their medical or other special vital information to the Emergency Services in the event of their being called to your home. 

Older people, people at risk, one parent families etc., are all invited to participate by completing a small form giving details of next of kin, medication, daily contacts and any other vital information which is then placed in a small marked container and stored in the fridge. 

The local agencies, including the police, fire service and ambulance service have been made aware that the bottles are in use in the locality. 

Stickers are placed at strategic places within the home so that in the event of an emergency the appropriate agency will be aware that participants have located a bottle in their fridge and will be able to quickly access any relevant information which may be appropriate to that emergency.

•   Provides Emergency Services with vital details of any illness or allergy.
•   Provides Emergency Services with a contact name if they are called to your home.
