“Tamh” provides comfortable self-catering accommodation in a newly built 3 bedroom house in the picturesque bays of Harris.
Located on Harris, 30 miles off the north-west coast of Scotland, this property allow visitors the chance to view some of the most wonderful scenery in the British Isles and provide a total escape from the norms of everyday life.
The accommodation
enjoys fantastic views across East Loch Tarbert to the islands of Scotasay and Scalpay and beyond. The panoramic view
extends out across The Minch with the Isle of Skye and the Scottish mainland
visible in the distance.
As the name of the house implies, “Tamh” (rest) will give an experience of tranquillity along with a deep sense of natural beauty whatever the prevailing weather. Visitors have enjoyed the sight of the golden eagle that nests nearby and the otters playing on the shoreline below the house in the evenings.

Accommodation
The house comprises of large
kitchen / dining area, Lounge with two picture windows, large family bathroom
(with shower over bath),
double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities and two twin bedded rooms. The
house has laminate flooring throughout, apart from the bedrooms which are
carpeted. The garden contains a picnic table and bench as well as a
washing line.

The accommodation sleeps 6.
“Tamh” is equipped to give a high standard of convenience and comfort. The many 'homely' facilities include a microwave oven, fridge, automatic washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer, table-top freezer, satellite TV and DVD player. A set of golf clubs are available for guest use.
Bed linen is provided and towels are supplied on request. Smoking is not permitted within the house.
Ample private parking facilities are available at the doorstep and the house has provision for disabled access.
