Telephone 01782-714182 Welcome to the website of Soul Cargo Record Fairs We organise Record & CD Fairs in a variety of town across Cheshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, North Wales and the West Midlands. We also sell a variety of records etc on this site as can be seen by the headings to the left. Items are listed by format, artist, title and label, condition (sleeve, then vinyl) and price. July 2008 Record Fairs Sunday 6th: CREWE: Manchester Metropolitan University Campus, Crewe Green Road. Virtually full this is a great Fair combining a Record/CD Fair and a Guitar Fair. Our 1st Fair in March was a resounding success with hundreds through the floor. Ground floor, easy parking, restaurant, bar etc. 30+ stalls. Saturday/Sunday 12/13th: BUXTON: Grove Hotel, Grove Parade. Superb little venue and this weekend coincides with the local music Festival. Last year the town was PACKED with vinyl and CD hungry addicts. We have two stalls available for either day or the whole weekend. Stock is securely locked up in the venue overnight. Saturday 19th: DERBY: Aston Court Hotel, Midland Road. Right opposite the Railway Station. Great Fair wit ha fantastic loyal following of hard core collectors. I will be on BBC Derby the day before plugging this event. Saturday 26th: MATLOCK BATH: A superb holiday resort town - if the weather is fine it can be a great money-spinner. Ground floor, absolutely superb loading. 8 paces from car to table!! There is space for two dealers left - vinyl and CDs arte very strong here. STOP PRESS: We have booked a superb venue right in the heart of Central Birmingham for later on in the year. Details on www.soulcargo.co.uk Not our Fair but we shall be at Lichfield on Saturday July 5th.It looks set to be very busy as this is the town's music weekend. Thursdays: Newcastle-u-Lyme High Street Market. Up to 6/7 record stalls - most centred around the Nat West Bank/Woolworth area. Open 8am-3pm. Albums from as low as 20p and singles from 50p ++++ a wide range of CD's.
