Tuesday’s Choose days
According to a usually reliable source (well, Wikipedia actually) Tuesday is the day of the week occurring after Monday and before Wednesday. International Standard ISO 8601 declares it to be the second day of the week, although many Christians recognise it as the third. The English name is derived from Old English Tiwesdæg and Middle English Tewesday. This was a loan translation of Latin dies Martis, originally associating the day with the planet Mars. The Germanic name translates Mars, the god of war, as Teiwaz (Old English Tiw).
At Christ the King, however, Tuesday is the day when you can be sure that something will be happening in church that evening. The idea is that something will always be going on at church on a Tuesday evening. The pattern will probably be along the lines set out below – but it’s all up for grabs.
First Tuesday -
Second Tuesday -
Third Tuesday -
Fourth Tuesday -
Feel free to come to all, none, or just the ones you fancy

Dance…..ing Hands
Come along to a Dance…ing Hands night! We will be learning to sign a fun song from Joseph and his amazing Technicolor dream coat; don’t be surprised if the rest of your body feels like dancing too! But the emphasis will be on the signs, not the moves………if there’s time we may throw in a bit of Sister Act, sure to get the feet tapping. You don’t need to bring anything, just good humour, willingness to have a go and a smile to share. All ages welcome prior signing/singing/musical knowledge not needed.
