Tai Chi Tasters 2009 - Northampton

 

New students are welcome every Monday and Thursday and your first lesson is half price!

Whether you are an absolute beginner or currently train Tai Chi, try a lesson, experience our unique approach and take it from there.

Your first lesson covers at least the following:

    - Chi Kung meditation / power development
    - Traditional warm-up exercises
    - An understanding of what Tai Chi is
    - The feeling of using 'Chi' (Internal Energy)
    - The first few movements of our Yang Style form
    - Time for questions and answers whilst sipping Green Tea and eating biscuits
