Kentmere 00 based in the 1950's This G.W.R terminus also has a goods yard. The trains arrive with passengers for this holiday resort.
Rothbury opened in November 1870 & was 13 miles long. The line carried passengers until 1952 . Goods traffic continued until closure in 1953.

Leaving Stafford 50 mins late owing to an obstruction on the line. The station was close by the police owing to a Jumper, which was successfully negotiated.
