1st Class HITS THE BUFFERS

Looks like the economic climate has caused the Eddie Stobbart 1st class passenger enterprise too be withdrawn from the rails. Poor ticket sales seem to be responsible.

Plus there seems to be a lot of charters proposed this year, some also get canceled.

The Stobart train was to pick up at Carlisle this Sat 19th July en-route from Edinburgh to Crewe for the D.R.S open day at £50.00 per head..

The Loco & Stock belong to D.R.S, so we will have to see if they have any plans for the future.
